Payment Information

The editorial and publishing fee is calculated according to the volume of the manuscript and amounts to UAH 120 per 1,500 characters excluding spaces, including abstracts, tables, figures, and references. The editorial and publishing process includes technical verification of the manuscript in accordance with the journal requirements, organization and support of the peer-review process, scientific and literary editing of the text, verification of the article structure and bibliographic formatting, adjustment of the material in accordance with international academic standards, layout and preparation of the article for publication, assignment of a DOI, publication of the material on the official journal website, provision of open access to the publication, electronic archiving of materials, and indexing support in accordance with the journal policy. The final volume of the article is determined by the editorial office after completion of the technical review of the manuscript. Decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript are made solely on the basis of independent peer review and editorial evaluation. Payment of the editorial and publishing fee does not influence the results of the review process and is made only after official notification of the article’s acceptance for publication.

 

Publication Fee Waiver Policy

The journal is free of charge for authors who are third-level (PhD) degree seekers enrolled in state-funded educational programs, provided that the manuscript is authored solely by them (without co-authors) — Diamond Open Access model. The journal does not charge any fees to authors in this category at any stage of the publication process:

  • Article submission (submission fee) — FREE

  • Review and peer review process (peer review fee) — FREE

  • Editing and layout (editing fee) — FREE

  • Publication (article processing charge, APC) — FREE

  • Color illustrations — FREE

The Editorial Board also reserves the right to grant Diamond Open Access and waive all publication fees for manuscripts that, in the opinion of the Editorial Board, demonstrate particular significance and relevance.
